This is also from the archives. I don't often do figurative work, but this was a gift for my son's mother-in-law. This was a group of singers that performed at her retirement party.

What a wonderful gift, Cindy. I love the diagonal strokes that you've used; they seem to add to the vivid, whimsical feel of the piece. I feel like I am there listening to the singers!
They were wonderful madrigal singers....actually there were 4 of them...but the 4th one ruined the composition ;-)
