Beach Rocks

There's something about rocks that I just love....I think it's their shape. (And if you don't get them perfect, noone notices!)

This was my second piece with the circular stroke on black paper, and the first piece that I realized I could really be an artist. That was the summer of 2003.

Second piece and your realization that you are an artist in 2003. I look forward to the same realization in a few years. Thanks for sharing and for the inspiration. You're right, no one notices. Your piece is absolutely fantastic. Rocks are like people, each individually unique but adding to the beauty of the world nonetheless.

Cindy, I have tagged you in my blog. Feel free to participate - or not! :)

Beautiful rocks. Your ability to turn the ordinary into extraordinary is amazing.

Thank you Fannie! I've been itching to do more rocks since I worked on Hot Rocks.

Hi Jeanette! Thanks for the tag, I think?!? I'm trying to get a workshop together for Saturday, but after that's over I will "play". ;-) Thanks for your kind comments.
