Oh Yes! Back in the Studio

Underpainting with Raw Umber, Burnt Umber and Black
I painted this mixture on the board and then wiped away (with walnut oil
and a paper towel) the light values.)

Beautiful, cloudy, cool day!  It's been almost two months since I painted in the studio due to the heat.  And I haven't painted (even at home) in about a month.  Felt so good to be back...I was excited about the whole process, and especially catching up with JunieB.
