I do so appreciate them.

I'm reworking another cp piece on brown colorfix and it's amazing how much brighter and more interesting they are.

I apologize for being remiss in responding to your comments. You inspired me to 'throw caution to the wind' as well. I grabbed some of my pastel pencils and messed about on a bit of scrap Colorfix. While I won't be posting the results :-) I did enjoy the vividness of the colour. I have a soft spot for pastel work and I really enjoyed seeing how you added pastel to your coloured pencil piece.Teresa Mallenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17978596700598817430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7258365702123907848.post-50922372989630543662008-04-18T06:50:00.000-06:002008-04-18T06:50:00.000-06:00Cindy, I like the way you "see" art, and the way y...Cindy, I like the way you "see" art, and the way you interpret it through your artworks. When I was working in pastels and oils I did use an easel and I agree with you about helping to see the whole composition, and freeing up the use of color.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05695880592300626881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7258365702123907848.post-78293089672378114852008-04-16T13:01:00.000-06:002008-04-16T13:01:00.000-06:00Cindy,I am always amazed by how realistic your pie...Cindy,

I am always amazed by how realistic your pieces look far away, and yet they are so interesting and full of color close-up. Do you work on an easel? I started to recently, and I think has helped me to feel more free to use more color because I can see how it works with the whole composition.hbedrosianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18418836582867720575noreply@blogger.com
